Let what die down? He was obviously baited into that thread and so he defended himself. Then you decide to "clean" up all of it, ban him, and then close all threads that direct to you doing a poor job as a mod and doing the very thing you suggested a few days before but called out on.

I hate that I have to put up no trespassing signs on my property. People have no respect for anything nowadays.
I also hate that I had to call not one but two freaking real estate "professionals" and tell them my property wasn't for sale and hadn't been in over a year.
On a side note, anybody know how hard it is to put up an electric fence?
I find claymores much more effective than signs or fences

Not very, just need wire and a charger. Can set up a decent fence for less than $250.
